C or Shift: Run

X or Space: Jump (hold to jump higher)

M: Mute the music

Tips

You will fail trying to jump going down the stairs. So you need to spend your stamina going up before and then jump. The speed on air doesn't decrease. I recommend you to release the movement keys for that, otherwise the character will collide with the stairs, and the jump will be canceled.
